- Potato ball1 kg
- Vinegar300 ml
- Olive oil200 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 to taste
- Green Smell1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Chimichurri1 to taste
- Cook the potatoes in about 2 liters of water with a spoon of salt, for approximately 20 minutes or until al dente.
- In a blender, add all the sauce ingredients, except the potatoes. Beat until it forms a sauce and taste to see if it's to taste.
- In a serving dish or pot with a lid, place the potatoes already cooked and cold. Add the sauce and refrigerate for approximately 24 hours or until the potatoes absorb the flavor of the sauce.
