- Green bell pepper (small)1/2 unit(s)
- Fresh Green Pepper to taste
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Black sesame to taste
- Cut the onion into small cubes, and soak in hot water for about 10 minutes to eliminate the acidity.
- Dice the tomato, green pepper, and Japanese cucumber. Remove the water from the onion and mix all the ingredients.
- Season with salt, organic apple cider vinegar and olive oil to taste.
- On top I put sesame black.
