- Tomatoes, chopped into cubes without seeds2 unit(s)
- Mango, chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
- Pepper, chopped into small cubes1 unit(s)
- Onion, diced1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Apple Cider Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Cold water1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Add all the ingredients in a platter except the water, oil, lemon and vinegar and salt
- Mix all the ingredients with a spoon and finally add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and vinegar and mix again and it's ready to serve.
