- Green Spice50 g
- Olive oil50 ml
- Black pepper10 g
- Shoyu light2 tablespoon
- Lemon Haiti1/2 unit(s)
- Cut the onion very fine. Clean the peppers, removing the seeds and white inner parts, then cut into small cubes. Repeat the same process with the tomato, removing the seeds and cutting into small pieces.
- Mix everything in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, black pepper, a pinch of sun, light soy sauce and squeezed lemon.
- Mix well and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
