- Sliced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Alcohol Vinegar250 ml
- Mineral or boiled (cold) water500 ml
- Olive oil150 ml
- Salt and Pepperoni to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and with a fork poke holes in each one.
- Cook in salted water until they are cooked, but not falling apart. Wait for it to cool down.
- In a container, mix the vinegar, mineral or boiled (cold) water, olive oil, salt and pepperoni.
- In a glass pot sterilized in hot water, place the potatoes and layers of green smell, garlic and onion.
- When you finish putting the mixture into the pot, the ideal is to completely cover the potatoes. If necessary add a little more water, vinegar and oil.
- Cover the pot and leave it in the fridge for at least 48 hours to get the seasoning.
- Lasts up to 10 days in the fridge
- Great snack to accompany a beer and barbecue with friends 🤘🏻💀
