- In a pan put the minced garlic and then the oil.
- I let it fry for about 5 minutes then I added the rice.
- Fry a little then add the salt and mix.
- Then I added the water and let it cook for 8 minutes.
- Then cover the pan and let it rest for about 10 minutes and serve.
