- medium chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- wheat flour2 tablespoon
- vegetable broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Dissolve the wheat flour (or cornstarch) in 1/2 cup of milk and set aside
- In a pan, brown the garlic and onion in butter (or margarine).
- Add the milk with the flour, stir a little and add the rest of the milk.
- After boiling, add the vegetable broth.
- Stir constantly until creamy
