- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Whole milk200 ml
- Salt to taste

- Sour cream200 ml
- Water100 ml
- Broccoli in small florets cooked "al dente"80 g
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Noodles cooked "al dente"500 g
- In a small saucepan, place the butter and heat over high heat to melt.
- Add the wheat flour and stir non-stop for half a minute, without browning.
- Gradually add half of the milk, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute or until smooth and thick.
- Add the seasoning (I used sazon), the salt, the cream, the remaining milk, the water, the broccoli and the grated cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or until heated through.
- Remove from the heat, drizzle the pasta and serve immediately.
- I put some olives on top to decorate. (Optional)
