- Grated cheese1 cup
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and pepper. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream and mix.
- Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, stirring well, so it doesn't stick. Serve with pasta or oven-baked rice.
