- Maizena1 tablespoon
- grated cheese1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In a Ferreira pan, add margarine, onion and salt. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add to the sauce.
- When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, stirring well so it doesn't stick.
- Serve well with pasta or oven-baked rice and "bon appetit"
