- Leave the chickpeas to soak for at least 12 hours, then add it to the pressure cooker with 2 liters of water and let it cook for 1 hour.
- Sauté the bacon first, then add the pepperoni and onion, all cut into small pieces, sauté well and add the cilantro, tomato sauce and 500 ml of water, let it cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside.
- After all the pressure comes out, remove just the chickpeas from the pan, and discard the water with the help of a colander, then add the chickpeas in the bacon and pepperoni sauce that was reserved, leave on low heat for another 5 minutes, and ready! It's delicious.
