- Ground beef50 g
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Ajinomoto to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chives to taste
- Sauté the ground beef and season with soy sauce and Ajinomoto.
- Add the finely chopped carrot and then the onion.
- Reserve the meat and carrots on a plate and in the same pan make 2 egg omelets and leave in very small pieces.
- Return the meat to the pan with the omelets, add the two slices of ham, chopped and lightly sautéed.
- Add the prepared rice and adjust the salt. I added chopped chives to taste.
- Fry an egg to serve with.
