- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
- Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Chop the garlic and onion very finely.
- Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the zucchini cut into thin slices. Season with salt and oregano. Add the finely chopped pepper without the seeds. Sauté for about 3 minutes
- Add the vinegar and let it evaporate. Turn off the fire.
- Add olive oil to cover the zucchini to preserve.
- Store in glass pots!
