- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Mustard (dijon or yellow)1.5 tablespoon
- Capers1.5 tablespoon
- Cut the zucchini into very thin slices. If you have a slicer, it helps a lot, but if you don't, like me, you can cut it perfectly with a knife.
- Blend all the sauce ingredients in a food processor.
- Serve alternating layers of zucchini with a little of the sauce!
