- Long Zucchinis2 unit(s)
- Cheese for greasing1 unit(s)
- Turkey breast150 g
- arugula to taste
- Dried Tomato to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Nuts to taste
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Cut the zucchinis in length (with skin) of about 3 to 5 mm (I don't recommend a mandolin because they will be very thin)
- Grill each of them on both sides (brush the grill or frying pan with a little oil) until golden brown. I suggest drying the slices with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- On a sheet of parchment paper; put them in a row but let the sides overlap a little. (There are 2 rows left)
- Grease with cheese and spread. Place the turkey breast slices (it can be cooked ham; raw).
- Throw in the arugula leaves. Sprinkle the slightly chopped sun-dried tomato; grated cheese and chopped walnuts
- With the help of the paper, go rolling and tightening. Transfer to a platter and I put cling film on top to tighten it.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to confirm.
- Ideal to eat as an appetizer or dinner on those warm summer days. I will prepare again for Christmas Supper 🎄🎅
