- Pepperoni (optional)1 coffee spoon
- Turmeric (optional)1 coffee spoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 cup
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Capers (optional)1/4 cup
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and the onion into thin half moons.
- Mix all the ingredients well on a baking sheet and bake at 230° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- You can consume it hot or cold. Allow to cool and store in a glass jar in the fridge.
