- Chili Peppers1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Olives1/2 cup
- Raisins (optional) to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic slivers3 unit(s)
- Apple Cider Vinegar4 tablespoon
- Combine all ingredients except vinegar.
- Mix well, place in a refractory and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the vegetables soften, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cool and add the vinegar.
