- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Garlic paste to taste
- Lettuce to taste
- Red Onion1 unit(s)

- First season the fillet with salt, black pepper, garlic paste and half a lemon. Reserve the other half of the lemon for garnish.
- While the fillet is taking on the flavor of the seasonings, make the rice to your liking.
- Cut the potatoes into 4 long pieces, the tomato cut off the top and without the core, the peeled onion, take everything together with the fillet to the oven or electric fryer for 30 minutes or until golden.
- Once ready, decorate with grated carrots, green onions, lettuce, pepper or if you prefer, you can use the vegetables to your liking.
- Then just serve in individual portions or put the platter at the table with the rice if you prefer.
