  • Salted, shredded and cooked codfish200 g
  • Straw potato100 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley or coriander to taste
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Olives to taste
  1. Leave the cod to soak overnight. Drain the water.
  2. Cook the codfish with water until covered. You can use milk for cooking.
  3. Drain the water or milk. Let it cool and shred. Removing skins and pimples.
  4. Cut the onion into rings and sauté in oil. When cooked, add chopped garlic and bay leaf. Next, add the cod. Sauté everything and remove from heat.
  5. Beat the eggs and add to the hot stew and stir everything. Eggs should be hard-boiled but creamy.
  6. Add the straw potato, mixing well. And finish with the olives and green seasoning of choice.
