- Ripe peeled and seedless tomatoes cut into large chunks2 unit(s)
- Pitted black olives100 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
- olive oil for drizzling to taste

- Soak the cod overnight, changing the water at least 3 times.
- Defund and book.
- In a large pan, place the potatoes, cover with water and cook for about 20 minutes, with the pan covered.
- Drain, cut the potatoes into thin slices and set aside.
- In a rectangular refractory greased with olive oil, make layers, starting with the tomatoes, then the onion, the potatoes, the cod, the peas, the peppers, the olives and the parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil. Repeat the process and finish with the remaining ingredients. Finally, distribute the boiled egg slices over the surface, drizzle again with the olive oil and place in the preheated low oven (150°C) for about 1 hour or until the ingredients are "al dente". Serve immediately.
