  • Palm oil1 tablespoon
  • Skinless tomato, onion, peppers, cilantro or parsley and chives.1 to taste
  • 1 bottle of Coconut Milk1 ml
  1. In a frying pan, place the olive oil, the tomato, the onion and the peppers in four pieces and sauté.
  2. Then add the shrimp, coconut milk, cilantro, salt to taste or seafood seasoning.
  3. Then add a strip of squeezed lemon. Let it cook a little longer.
  4. Accompanied with coconut rice and pirão. Note: or white rice.
