- Potatoes, boiled in slices11/2 kg

- Olive oil to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Eggs, olives, peppers, tomato for garnish to taste
- The day before, put the cod baits in the water and take it to the fridge.. change the water 3 times Boil and shred, checking for thorns.
- Boil the potatoes and cut into slices.
- In a pan, add oil and fry the garlic and onion, then the chopped pepper, add the cod and keep stirring.
- In a refractory, place the sliced potatoes, over the cod already sautéed and drizzle with oil..and put it in the oven for about 20 minutes..then garnish with eggs, olives, tomato and peppers...
