- Fish fillet (tilapia, hake)800 g
- Potato4 unit(s)
- Onion3 unit(s)
- Tomato4 unit(s)
- Olives0 to taste
- cherry tomato0 to taste
- Garlic with Peel0 to taste
- Salt, pepper, lemon pepper0 to taste
- Olive oil0 to taste
- Green Smell0 to taste
- Cut the potatoes, tomato and onion into slices and layer them on a baking sheet, first the potato, then the onions and finally the tomato seasoning with salt and pepper each layer
- Season the fish fillets with the lemom pepper and place over the vegetables in the roasting pan.
- Place the cherry tomatoes, olives and unpeeled garlic on top
- Drizzle with plenty of olive oil and bake at 200°C until well cooked, insert a toothpick and check if the potato is cooked
- Finish with green smell to taste
