- Recipe
- Tilapia fillet2 unit(s)
- Bread without crust passed in the blender3 unit(s)
- Cashew Nuts3 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Bacon1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Onion, diced1/2 unit(s)
- Marinate the fish fillets (in my case, only in apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper).
- Grind the breads in a blender.
- Add to the crushed bread, all the other ingredients: chestnut, onion, parsley, bacon, salt, pepper and the olive oil until it reaches the point (point: put a little in your hand, knead and if it is in the shape of a cupcake, is on point).
- Arrange the marinated fillets on a baking sheet and cover with the bread crumbs, kneading well on top of the fillets.
- Place in the oven and bake until the crust is golden. Remember not to leave it too long, so the fish doesn't get too dry.
- Serve as white rice, mashed bananas or a refreshing tropical salad. (I opted for a salad, and in mine I put lettuce, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, onion and tommy mango).
