- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Start by washing and cutting the vegetables, (use half an onion, two cloves of garlic and 1/4 of the pepper), reserve them in a container, season them with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Then, in another container, season the fish with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- On a sheet of parchment/ aluminum foil, make a bed with the vegetables, make a pile of vegetables in the center, and then put the salmon steak, join the ends of the paper and roll and crumple like you want to make a bag, like show in the mini video
- Place the fish in a preheated oven at 180° for 40
