- Small green bell pepper1 unit(s)

- Seasoning Mix to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Oil to taste
- Clean the whole fish and remove all the scales
- Make cuts on the surface of the whole fish with a space of 1.5cm between the cuts.
- Cut one of the onions into thick slices and set aside
- Cut the bell pepper and tomato into slices and set aside
- Mix the seasoning mix (Lemon Pepper, red pepper, cumin, salt, Bahian seasoning, spicy paprika and saffron) with the lemon and mix well
- Pass the seasoning mix over the fish, and filling each cut, do it on both sides.
- Place the stuffing (peppers, tomatoes, chopped onions and seasoning mixture) inside the fish.
- Set aside for about 15 to 20 minutes to get seasoning.
- In a form, put a thread of oil and add the onions in slices at the bottom
- Place the fish on top of the onion and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- In the preheated oven, at 180°c, place the baking sheet with the fish and wait about 30 minutes.
- Take the baking sheet out of the oven and remove the foil and put it back in the oven until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
