Baked fish with potatoes and carrots

- Fish fillet (hake, panga, tilapia)4 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Arrange at the bottom of the baking dish. Put some olive oil, salt and pepper to season.
- After having the fish fillets available.
- Clean cut the carrots into strips. Arrange over the fish. I do the same with the carrot and garlic.
- To finish, season with more olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes
