- Salmon steak200 g
- Squeezed Tahiti Lemon1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Season the salmon with the lemon, salt and pepper and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet and brown the salmon on all sides over high heat, using cooking tongs.
- Place the salmon on an oiled baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cooked through.
- Serve with capers and mixed vegetables.
