- Cut the garlic into very thin slices. Place the salmon on a baking sheet, salt, olive oil and pepper to taste and lemon juice all over the salmon. Place the garlic on top and cover the roast with aluminum foil, place in the oven at 200 degrees and leave for 15 minutes, remove the aluminum and keep in the oven for another 7 minutes and serve. It goes great with fresh arugula, white rice and rose sauce. Enjoy your food.
