- Salmon fillet1/2 kg
- Olive oil1/4 teaspoon
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Juicy lemon1/2 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rosemary green smell to taste
- Mustard to taste
- Cut the potatoes into slices Take to cook in boiling water, until they are soft. Reserve.
- Clean the salmon and do not remove the skin. If your salmon is very thick, more than 2 fingers thick, turn it with the skin facing up and with the help of a knife, make 3-4 cuts vertically in the width direction so that the seasoning can penetrate
- Season the fillet with salt to taste, black pepper to taste, with lemon juice and, if desired, add mustard. Rub the seasoning all over the fillet well.
- Forge a roast with aluminum paper, accommodate the fillet and around, distribute the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the potatoes with olive oil and butter to make them even more crispy and juicy, and finish with fresh rosemary or thyme.
