- Fish fillet or fish baits150 g
- Lettuce2 cup
- Cherry tomatoes1/2 cup
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Light Mayonnaise1 dessert spoon
- Curry to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Season the fillets or fish fillets with salt and pepper. Dip in 1 beaten egg and then dip in a mixture of almond flour and parmesan.
- Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and grill the fillets on both sides.
- Boil 1 egg for 10 minutes. Peel, cut into cubes and season with salt, curry and paprika. Add 1 spoon of light mayonnaise and mix.
- In a bowl, accommodate the washed and coarsely chopped lettuce leaves. Spread the tomatoes and accommodate the fish in the center.
- Distribute them around!
