- Clean shrimp100 g
- Clean squid in rings100 g
- Octopus tentacle100 g
- Mussel100 g
- White wine1 cup
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Black Spaghetti400 g
- In a pan, heat oil and add the chopped garlic, when it starts to brown, put all the seafood. Saute everything! Add 1 glass of white wine and let it reduce for 15 minutes.
- Add the cream and let it boil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
- Arrange the pasta in a deep dish, cover with the sauce and seafood, drizzle with olive oil.
