- Potatoes600 g
- Coconut milk1 l
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Shrimp cleaned and peeled400 g
- Shrimp stock500 ml
- Coriander1/2 cup
- Chili Pepper1 unit(s)
- Palm oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- In a pan add the baroa potatoes and cover with shrimp broth let it cook for 20 minutes until they are soft.
- In the blender add the boiled potatoes with a little of the broth and the coconut milk, beat everything until it becomes a smooth cream.
- In a pan, add the palm oil and saute the onion and then the garlic, add the pepper, fingers of a girl will cut into brunoise (small cubes) and add the prawns, saute for 3 minutes
- Add the cream of potato with coconut milk and cook for another 10 minutes. Finish with chopped cilantro and hit the salt.
- Serve with your favorite accompaniment.
