- Fine herbs dehydrates to taste
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Panko flour1 cup
- Vegetable oil1 l
- Season the shrimp with salt and lemon pepper.
- Beat the eggs and season with salt and fine dried herbs. Coat the prawns in wheat flour, then dip in eggs and coat in Panko flour.
- Fry in vegetable oil at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
