- 2 kilos of shelled shrimp 3 cloves of garlic salt and pepper, cumin and a packet of Panco flour2 teaspoon
- Season the shrimp with salt, garlic and black pepper, set aside for a few minutes.
- Serves a plate with two eggs and a little milk and another plate with wheat flour
- Pass the shrimp in the wheat flour, pass the eggs and lastly in the Panco flour
- In a large frying pan I add oil to heat it up, then just fry it in small potions
- Place on a platter and garnish with lemon and a little green smell.
