- Cleaned and pre-cooked shrimp200 g
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Catupiry to taste
- Rice flour for breading1 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Panko flour for breading1 cup
- Mix the shrimp, pepper, salt and parsley
- Grease your hands with olive oil, take a tablespoon of catupiry and spread it on your hands, place the shrimp on top and roll up leaving the shrimp tail visible
- do it with everyone
- Place in the freezer for 20 minutes
- Pass them all in rice flour and then in egg and then in panko flour
- Light to fry or air fryer for 25 minutes
