  • Tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Cornmeal1/2 cup
  • Wheat1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (small packet)50 g
  1. Season the tilapia fillet with lemon and salt and marinate for 40 minutes.
  2. Mix cornmeal, Parmesan and wheat flour, coat the tilapia fillets in this mixture.
  3. Once breaded, dip the fillet in water and let it drain, then deep-fry in hot oil… You pass quickly in the water your fillet will be dry and will not release when it is frying!
