  • tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Breadcrumbs200 g
  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Fish Seasoning to taste
  • Milk200 l
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  1. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl and season with salt and seasoning.
  2. Place the flour in one plate and the breadcrumbs in another.
  3. Season the tilapia
  4. Pass the tilapia first in the wheat flour, breading both sides.
  5. Dip into the egg and milk mixture and then into the breadcrumbs, coating both sides.
  6. Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes
