- Crushed Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Fine Cornmeal to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Place the tilapia fillets on a platter and season with garlic, salt, black pepper and squeezed lemon and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- Place the cornmeal in a bowl (enough to bread the fillets).
- Then pass the fillets in cornmeal to bread. Then take it to fry in hot oil until golden. Remove and place on paper towels and serve immediately.
- It's delicious. Served with white rice, fresh beans, boiled pumpkin and salad.
