- Salt and spices to taste
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1/2 l
- Cut the fillets into small pieces
- Season with lemon, salt and your favorite seasonings and let it marinate for 10 minutes, meanwhile, heat the oil.
- In a bag put the flour and then put some pieces of the fillet, tie the bag and shake so the flour gets on all sides of the fillet
- Remove the fillets from the flour and fry in very hot oil, as soon as they are well golden remove and transfer to a plate plate paper towel to absorb the oil, serve with lemon and the accompaniment you prefer
