- Seasoning to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil to taste
- Cook the cassava under pressure until it is very soft, after hitting the blender and leaving it to the point of a thick juice and reserve.
- In a large pan, stuff the sururu with all the seasonings and cook for about 20 minutes, add the oil and coconut milk. After that, pour the liquid from the cassava and let it stay at the point of a thin cream.
- Optional use dried shrimp and lots of green smell.
