- Sururu treated1 kg
- Cooked Aipim300 g
- Coconut milk2 cup

- Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
- Coriander and chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wash the Sururu with lemon and running water and drain.
- Cook the Aipim in the pressure cooker until it softens well.
- Knead the Aipim and put it in the blender with 01 onion, 01 garlic clove, a part of the cilantro and chives and salt.
- Sauté a chopped onion in olive oil and add a portion of Sururu for about 10 minutes.
- Add the Sururu sautéed in the blender along with the ingredients from step 3 and start beating.
- Add the coconut milk to the blender and the salt.
- Cook the rest of the Sururu with a little oil for a period of 10 minutes.
- After this period, add the whipped cream to the blender and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Finish with cilantro and chives.
- Serve hot and with lemon.
