- Smoked paprika to taste
- Colorau to taste

- Pepper (green, red and yellow 1 each)1 unit(s)
- coconut milk200 ml
- Palm oil100 ml
- Water200 ml
- Season the fish with garlic, salt, paprika, cumin, paprika, orange juice and set aside.
- In a large pan put a little oil and distribute the already seasoned dogfish on the bottom.
- On top of the fish, distribute the tomato, onion and peppers cut into slices.
- Add the coconut milk, palm oil and water and bring to a simmer until the fish is cooked.
- Serve with coconut rice and vatapá.
