- In a pan put the water and let it boil. Add salt, bay leaf and tuna. Cook over medium heat for 40 min. Meanwhile, sterilize a glass in boiling water and dry well. Drain the tuna and place it still hot in the glass, add the garlic, the chili pepper without the seeds and the thyme. Top up with the oil and cover well. Let it cool and put it in the fridge. Leave to marinate for three days. And it's ready!!!😋😋😋 It lasts for three months.
