- Raw white fish fillet (tilapia for example)1 unit(s)
- Red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Pepper (girl's finger for example)1/4 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Sprigs of fresh coriander and parsley6 unit(s)
- Cut the onions and pepper into thin slices and place them in a bowl;
- Pour the lemon juice into the bowl in good quantity;
- Cut the fish into thin cubes and pour everything into the bowl;
- Add the fresh herbs
- Let the fish marinate in the bowl, serve on a plate: it's ready!
- Note: In Peru it is eaten with raw corn, fried corn, sweet potato, cooked orange and fried squid. But let your imagination work! I like it a lot with avocados, for example. Note 2: You can improve this recipe to your liking, adding thin slices of bell pepper, mango cubes, replacing part of the lemon juice with orange juice or passion fruit juice... This recipe is infinite, it's up to you to create your own version!
