- Boiled Chickpeas2 cup
- Tuna1 unit(s)
- Cherry tomatoes cut in half100 g
- Sliced Japanese Cucumber80 g
- Thinly sliced red onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Black Olives2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Green smell to taste
- Balsamic Reduction to taste
- Soak chickpeas for 12 hours. Discard the sauce water and pressure cook with new water for 10 minutes.
- With the chickpeas cold, gather all the ingredients in a bowl, season, add the green smell, transfer to the refractory that will serve and, if desired, finish with the balsamic reduction.
