- cooked and shredded codfish1 kg
- chickpeas cooked al dente1 kg
- Large onions cut into small pieces2 unit(s)
- 1/2 cup olive oil1 cup
- Vinegar1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Parsley/Scallions1 to taste
- Cook the cod for 20 minutes, set aside
- Cook the chickpeas in the cod cooking water for 30 minutes until al dente.
- Put everything on a large platter and add the other ingredients mix well and serve cold preferably the next day.
