- deboned and desalted cod300 g
- Natural yogurt1 unit(s)
- Dijon Mustard1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- grated carrot to taste
- shredded cabbage to taste
- Pea to taste
- Corn to taste
- Diced Pineapple to taste
- Straw Potato to taste
- Mix the cod with the carrots, cabbage, peas and corn.
- Go in with the yogurt and mustards. Mix well!
- Transfer to a refractory and leave in the fridge until serving time.
- Top with straw potatoes when serving.
