- White wine3 tablespoon

- A bunch of coriander1 unit(s)
- Wash the clams well, make sure they are clean, let them drain
- Finely cut six cloves of garlic into slices and the onion in half moon shape, then put the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion and garlic.
- When the onion and garlic start to brown, add the clams and chopped coriander (don't use all the sauce, but add a generous amount) and stir.
- Then drizzle with white wine and let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes or until the clams open, stir the clams in the pan during cooking so that they are all cooked, before turning off the heat, adjust the salt, and when they are ready, serve them, can accompany with bread.
