- Goldfish800 g
- Two small coconut milks * SOCOCO500 ml
- Small tomato extract1 unit(s)
- Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Peeled Headless Shrimp400 g
- English Potato2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/3 cup
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Sauté all the vegetables in olive oil, along with parsley, salt and pepper for about 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and coconut milk. Let it boil, cover for about 20 min. After adding 500ml water, boil for another 10min
- Add the prawns and the already salted and seasoned fish. Let it cook on medium heat for approximately 25 minutes.
- After checking the cooking point, turn off the heat and enjoy.
- To accompany, white rice and pirão made with fish broth
